Paaro means transcendent.

Paaro comes from the Sanskrit word para, which means higher, supreme, or to go beyond. We set out to take the saree blouse beyond what it has always been.

Our story

Paaro began with a simple question: why is the blouse one of the hardest parts of wearing a saree?

So many women love the saree, yet reach past it. Not because they love it less, but because of the blouse. Wearing one has meant buying fabric, finding a tailor, sitting through fittings, waiting for days, and guessing what to wear underneath. Even then, the blouse that fit last year may not fit today.

So we built the one we wanted. Ready to wear, with support built in, made with activewear science and our TruCurv™ Fit. It slips on in seconds and moves with your breath, from the first meeting to the last dance.

Five steps became one.

Now, whenever you choose a saree, your blouse is ready too.
