5. PRICING, TAXES, INTERNATIONAL DDU & PRODUCT INFORMATION

• All-Inclusive Pricing & International Orders: All prices listed on www.paaronline.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Indian statutory taxes (GST). For international orders shipped outside India, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International shipments operate under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) protocol. Any local import duties, customs clearance tariffs, VAT, or country-specific taxes levied by the destination country are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. All international sales are Final Sale.
• Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display garment colors, contours, and fabric details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on display monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• Price & Inventory Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical errors, Paaro reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If canceled after payment, the full amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.

6. FAIR USE, ANTI-WARDROBING & RESALE RESTRICTIONS

• No Purchase for Resale: Products sold on www.paaronline.com are intended strictly for direct end-consumers. We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend accounts if we suspect commercial purchasing for resale.
• Fair Use & Return Abuse: We monitor return activity to protect our community. If we detect unusual or suspicious activity, such as “wardrobing” (wearing items for an event and returning them), returning items damaged through misuse, or returning packages that do not match the original purchase, we reserve the right to withhold refunds, charge processing fees, or permanently block the account.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation by Paaro: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, address verification issues, or suspected fraud.
• Cancellation by Customer: Customers can cancel any domestic order at zero charge directly through their dashboard prior to warehouse packing/AWB generation; cross-border orders are governed by the Final Sale terms in the Shipping & Return Policy.

8. USER SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

Any inquiries, reviews, comments, suggestions, or creative ideas submitted to Paaro (collectively, “Submissions”) shall become the property of Paaro Lifestyle LLP. We shall be free to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute your feedback without obligation, confidentiality, or financial compensation to you.
