Paaro blouses are engineered with high-recovery stretch, shape memory, and a second-skin finish designed to move naturally with your body. To preserve fabric integrity and fit across years of wear, follow our master care guidelines:

2. THOUGHTFUL PACKAGING & REUSABILITY GUIDELINES
We believe packaging should never be single-use trash. Every component of your Paaro unboxing experience is engineered to be kept, repurposed, or responsibly recycled:
A. The Rigid Magnetic Keepsake Box
Crafted from premium, non-corrugated paper board with a secure magnetic closure, your Paaro box is built as a permanent storage vessel.
- Keepsake & Accessory Storage: Perfectly proportioned (14 cm × 22 cm × 7 cm) to store fine jewelry, daily accessories, watches, safety pins, or personal knick-knacks neatly in your wardrobe.
- Responsible Disposal: If you ever choose to part with the box, remove the small internal magnetic strip and place the paper board box into your local paper recycling stream.
B. The Protective Mesh Wash Bag
The mesh bag included in your box is a multi-use garment care pouch.
- Ongoing Laundry Protection: Reuse it for every laundry cycle to protect your Paaro blouses and fine delicates from fabric snagging.
- Travel Organizer: Use it as a compact pouch to organize innerwear or accessories inside your luggage while traveling.
C. Outer Protective Packaging & Mailers
- LDPE4 Protective Outer Sleeve: To protect the rigid magnetic box from moisture and dirt during transit, your order is sealed inside a 50-micron LDPE4 recyclable plastic mailer. Please dispose of this outer mailer via local plastic recycling channels or designated collection bins.
- Paper Notes & Tags: Printed on recyclable paper stock. Please place them in your paper recycling bin.

1. FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING SLAs

When your parcel is dispatched via our logistics network (Shiprocket), an automated shipment notification containing your live tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
2. DOMESTIC RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (INDIA)
We want every piece of Paaro apparel to feel weightless and fit you effortlessly. If your garment does not fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you may request an Exchange or Return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
A. Domestic Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a valid return or exchange, garments must satisfy our Quality Control (QC) inspection standards upon arrival at our facility:
- Unworn & Unwashed: The garment must be completely unused, unwashed, and free of smells, perfume, makeup stains, body odor, or deodorant marks.
- Tags Intact: All original brand tags, labels, and hygiene fasteners must remain attached and untampered.
- Complete Packaging: The item must be returned in its original condition, housed inside the protective mesh wash bag and the rigid magnetic keepsake box (14 cm × 22 cm × 7 cm).
B. How to Initiate a Domestic Return or Exchange
- Visit our Return Center link in the website footer or email support@paaronline.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your Order Number, registered phone number, and state whether you require a Size Exchange or a Return.
- Upon approval, our courier partner will attempt reverse pickup from your delivery address within 24 to 48 hours.
C. Refund Settlements & Processing Timelines
- Size Exchanges: Once the returned parcel passes QC inspection, your replacement garment in the requested available size for that style will be dispatched free of additional shipping charges.
- Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days following QC verification.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD refunds are issued via secure Bank Transfer or UPI payout link sent to your registered email/phone within 5 to 7 business days after QC approval.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & “FINAL SALE” PROTOCOL
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, total order weight, and real-time courier partner availability. Standard international transit typically ranges from 7 to 15 business days, depending on destination customs clearance. All international shipments operate under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Protocol and are Final Sale (exempt from returns, exchanges, or cancellations once dispatched).
A. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Protocol
All international shipments originate from Chennai, India, and operate under a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) Protocol. Any local import duties, customs tariffs, foreign VAT, or clearance charges levied by the destination country’s customs authority are not included in the product price or checkout shipping fee and are the exclusive responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
B. Final Sale Terms (Outside India)
Due to cross-border logistics, import tariffs, and customs clearance procedures, all international orders shipped outside India are Final Sale.
- International orders are exempt from returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- International orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched from our Indian warehouse.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation by Customer: Orders can be canceled directly through your My Account dashboard or by emailing support@paaronline.com within 12 hours of order placement or prior to courier dispatch (whichever occurs first). Once an order has been assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) or picked up by our courier partner, it cannot be canceled in transit, but remains eligible for our 7-Day Domestic Return Policy upon delivery.
- Cancellation by Paaro: We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch due to unserviceable pincodes, payment gateway authorization failures, pricing inaccuracies, or stock exhaustion. Full refunds are issued immediately for any canceled prepaid orders.
5. FAIR USE & ANTI-WARDROBING PROTECTIONS
To protect the integrity of our brand and keep pricing fair for all customers, we monitor return frequencies and garment conditions.
We reserve the explicit right to reject return requests, decline refunds, or deactivate user accounts if we detect:
- Wardrobing: Purchasing garments, wearing them for events or photo shoots (“free renting”), and attempting to return them used.
- Damaged Returns: Returning garments with stretched-out fabric, makeup/deodorant stains, or missing wash bags/boxes.
- Fraudulent Claims: Claiming non-delivery or empty package returns where courier tracking and weight logs verify successful delivery.
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS
In the rare event that your package arrives damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us at support@paaronline.com within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or a short video showing the outer mailer and garment defect. Upon verification, we will arrange an immediate free replacement or full refund.
